Chief Accounts and Finance Officer

Ms. Nasheed Nawazesh joined as Chief Accounts and Finance Officer (CAFO)in the office of the Chief Accounts and Finance Officer, Local Government Division in 16 October, 2023. She is a member of Bangladesh  Civil Service, 24^TH Batch BCS (Audit and Accounts).

Ms. Nasheed Nawazesh did her BCom (Hons.) and MCom in Management  from Dhaka University. Additionally, she did her MSc in Human Resource Management) from Brunel University, London, United Kingdom. She has been imparting training on Audit and Accounts related issues, within the department and outside the department.

 During her career in civil service Ms. Nasheed Nawazesh served in various important positions in the Audit and Accounts Department of Bangladesh including Assistant Chief Accounts Officer (CAO, Ministry of Education), Deputy Director of Foreign Aided Projects Audit Directorate (FAPAD); Deputy Director of Financial Management Academy (FIMA); Deputy Director of Works Audit Directorate, Director of PTST Audit Directorate, Chief Accounts & Finance Officer of Mininstry of Primary and Mass Education, Director of Transport Audit Directorate and Director of Social Security Audit DirectorateIn order to conduct mission audit and  to participate training and workshop program Ms. Nasheed Nawazesh visited different countries including Turkey, Nepal, Portugal, Maldives, UK, India, China, Philippines, Spain etc.
